VISITING PBC

We would love to welcome you to join us at our church home.  You can expect to be met by a loving group of Christians excited to praise the Lord together.  PBC is a traditional independent Baptist church where we simply believe God's Word and worship God in a way that gives Him all the glory.  Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.

FAQ

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN? 

Of Course!  We encourage parents to bring their children of any age into the service.  "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord" If your baby cries, it is no problem for us, but if you feel more comfortable, we also have a staffed nursery where you are welcome to join us or to let us watch your little ones for you.  We also have a lactation room where service audio is transmitted for those who do not feel comfortable nursing in the sanctuary.  For older children, we also have a children's Sunday school program called "Bright Way" which will share with them important lessons from the Bible, and our teen youth group meets every Wednesday night.  

WILL I BE ABLE TO HEAR?

We do amplify our services for the congregation in general, and we also have personal amplification devices available.  The headsets are comfortable, but feel free to bring your own headphones as well which can also be used.

ARE YOU A CHURCH OF HYPOCRITES?

Yes, and we are also liars, cheaters, and thieves.  We are all sinners who have been saved by Jesus, and we are only better than our sinful selves as God works in our lives.  Our greatest commandments are to love God and to love one another, and we exhort one another in obedience as God has directed us in his Word.  God helps us to overcome all sin including that of hypocrisy.
